Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage, shredded
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    carrots
    water
    2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. sweet mixed pickle juice
    salt
Preparation
    After cabbage is shredded, salt well.
    Grate in carrots, add chopped green pepper and grate onion so that only juice is added. Shake together in a large jar.
    Mix mayonnaise, sugar, pickle juice and water (if necessary to moisten) through cabbage mixture.
