Drop Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon and sugar
    fine cut peanuts (optional)
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients; mix well.
    Drop by teaspoons.
    Dip fork in a beaten egg and press down.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Fine cut peanuts can be added before cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
