Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. thinly sliced zucchini (unpeeled)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. oil or slightly less
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 large chopped garlic cloves
    dash of pepper
    1 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Add Bisquick last.
    Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch oblong Pyrex pan and bake until golden brown on top at 350\u00b0
    for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cut into finger-size squares, about 40.
    Can also be used as a main coarse with salad or as a vegetable dish.
    Can be made ahead, refrigerated, then baked before serving.
    Stays well on a warming tray.
