Violet Duggin'S Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 pieces chicken
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 to 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. celery
    3 Tbsp. sage
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 to 3 c. bread crumbs (biscuits or any kind of bread)
Preparation
    Cook chicken until done with salt, pepper, water and margarine.
    Skin chicken; take off bone.
    Cut in small pieces. Add chicken broth to chicken.
    Add finely chopped onion and celery.
    Add 2 beaten eggs, bread crumbs and sage (fresh from garden if you have it).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
