Sweet Potatoes With Marshmallows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes or yams, drained and peeled (about 4 large)
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon-sugar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. light cream or milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    8 large marshmallows, halved
Preparation
    Mash potatoes; blend in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon-sugar and salt.
    Add cream, beating potatoes until creamy and fluffy. Turn into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish or shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Top with marshmallows; broil 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned.
