Remoulade Sauce For Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation

Mix well; add 1 cup salad oil.
You can use blender for this. Pour over boiled, peeled shrimp and serve on lettuce with crackers.
