Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Combine milk and egg.
    Add biscuit mix, onion and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Pour into a greased 8 or 9-inch round pan.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on batter.
    Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
