Zucchini Bread(Two 9 X 5-Inch Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated and peeled raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Stir until well blended.
    Add 1 cup nuts (walnuts).
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
