Sweet Onion Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Vidalia onions, chopped
    1/2 c. yellow squash, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. bacon bits
    1 c. cheese spread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter, cubed
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except rolls.
    On lightly floured board, separate rolls into 4 rectangles each, making a total of eight.
    Press perforated edges together.
    Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of mixture over half of each roll.
    Fold edges together.
    Press edge with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
