Hot Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. onions, diced small
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. bell peppers, diced small
1 c. jalapeno peppers, diced small
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 (14 oz.) box Minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
-
Saute onions, celery, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers and garlic until tender.
Mix sausage in and cook until done.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Combine sausage/vegetable mixture, rice and soup.
Heat through.
Serves 12.
