Cucumber Sour Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sliced cucumbers
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

Preparation

Sprinkle cucumbers with salt.
Chill.
Mix sour cream with remaining ingredients.
Drain cucumbers thoroughly; add to sour cream and mix well.
Serve immediately.
