Oriental Shrimp Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 oz.) cans shrimp, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 c. cracker (Ritz) crumbs
Preparation

Saute celery, onion and pepper until soft.
Add mushrooms. Mix all ingredients together except crumbs.
Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot on crackers.
