Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. coarsely ground meat (chuck)
1/4 c. corn oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, finely chopped (large carrots)
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 large can and 1 small can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 small can tomato paste
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. water
Preparation

Brown onions in butter and oil in large pot. Add meat. Brown well. Add garlic, vegetables, salt and pepper as you brown meat. When browned, sprinkle mixture with flour; simmer for a few minutes.
