Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squash
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can pimentos
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    2 chopped onions
    4 medium grated carrots
    1 pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Salt and cook sliced squash and onions over medium heat with no water.
    Mash and drain.
    Add sour cream, pimentos, soup and carrots.
    Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with stuffing.
    Line bottom of casserole dish with stuffing.
    Pour other ingredients over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 12.
