Chop Meat And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. tomato sauce
    3 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. garlic
    1 can Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
    1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In a pan, brown beef; drain.
    Add onion, sauce, chili powder and garlic; simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Separate biscuits; pat 5 on bottom of an ungreased casserole dish.
    Combine 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and egg.
    Mix well.
    Mix together meat and sour cream mixtures.
    Pour on biscuits.
    Arrange rest of biscuits on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
