Floating Island Supreme(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. cold milk
2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
thawed whipped topping
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Place paper cups in muffin pans.
Fill with ice cream. Sprinkle coconut over tops.
Freeze; serve frozen.
