Beef-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    16 oz. Velveeta
    8 oz. taco sauce
    8 oz. jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a crock-pot.
    Add beef.
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
