Reuben Appetizer Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. sauerkraut, well drained
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 pkg. (2 1/2 oz.) sliced, smoked corned beef, coarsely chopped
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix
    baking mix, milk and oil until soft dough forms.
    Press
    into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with sauerkraut and
    corned
    beef.
    Mix mayonnaise, relish and catsup. Spread over corned beef.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until cheese is bubbly and
    crust is golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Makes 24 appetizers.
