Red Velvet Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. red food color
    2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    Sour Cream-Pecan Frosting
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and food color; blend well.
    Combine flour, cocoa and salt. Add alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture.
    Stir baking soda into vinegar.
    Fold gently into batter (do not beat).
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
    Frost with Sour Cream-Pecan Frosting.
