Egg And Sausage Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1 dash of oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Brown sausage and drain. Mix with cheese and bread. Blend other ingredients in blender. Pour over sausage mixture and stir.
    Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with Saran Wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to one hour. Serves 12.
