Cheese Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Swiss cheese or Swiss cheese with peppers
flour
1 egg
Country Oven bread crumbs
Preparation

Cut cheese into strips.
Roll strips in flour.
Beat an egg; dip strips in egg mixture.
Roll in untoasted bread crumbs.
Be sure to coat cheese real good.
Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Deep fat fry until golden brown.
Serve hot.
