Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 can chunky pineapple
3 large green peppers
Preparation

Make ground beef and egg into 18 balls.
Brown in oil.
Drain off oil.
Add pineapple juice.
Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
Add mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water and sugar.
Cook until it begins to thicken, stirring constantly.
Add meatballs and chunky pineapple.
Cut green peppers into thin slices lengthwise and put on top.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
