Vinegar Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Bring water, vinegar, sugar and nutmeg to a boil.
    Mix flour, baking powder, 3/4 cup water and oil.
    Pat into a ball.
    Roll out dumplings and cut in squares.
    Drop into boiling vinegar mixture and cook until tender.
