Glory Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked brown rice
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 lightly beaten eggs
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. melted butter
1 finely chopped onion
blanched almonds or sunflower seeds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except the almonds or sunflower seeds and place in oiled casserole dish. Top with the almonds or sunflower seeds. Bake 35 minutes. Healthy and nutritious!
