Microwave Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (1 1/2 lb.) peeled new potatoes
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped red peppers
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and water in a 2-quart glass casserole; cover.
    Microwave on High 8 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring after 6 minutes.
    Drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
    Chill.
