Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    4 oz. box vanilla instant pudding
    1 c. sour cream
    4 eggs
    2 c. peeled and sliced apples
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine dry cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs and oil. Beat 5 minutes.
    Pour half the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
    Arrange half the apples on batter. Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle half on the apples.
    Cover with remaining batter, then remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    After cooking in pan for 5 minutes, remove from pan onto a platter.
