Sugarless Health Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    1 c. water, boiled 3 minutes
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 tsp. sweetener (Sugar Twin recommended)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. flour
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped dates or 10 prunes, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl add vegetable shortening to boiling water. Cool.
    Add eggs, sweetener, vanilla extract, baking soda and flour.
    Mix well.
    Add raisins and chopped dates (or prunes).
    Mix well.
