Shrimp And Artichoke First Course - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 medium artichokes, cooked and chilled
    cocktail sauce (your choice)
    3/4 c. cooked small shrimp
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Toss avocado with lemon juice until well coated.
    Drain. Remove center petals and chokes from artichokes.
    Spoon 1 tablespoon cocktail sauce into center of each one.
    Toss avocado with shrimp and spoon into artichokes.
    Top each with a tablespoon of cocktail sauce.
    Garnish with parsley sprigs.
    Serves 4.
