Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) can salmon
    1 egg
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Drain salmon before mixing and reserve 2 tablespoons juice from salmon.
    Mix salmon, egg and onion until sticky. Stir in flour.
    Add baking powder to juice, then stir into mixture.
    Form into patties and fry in hot Crisco.
