Baked Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 baking potatoes, well washed
    cheese (Cheddar, Monterey)
    bacon bits
    sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes or until well done (they'll give when squeezed).
    Remove from oven and let them cool a bit.
    Then slice in half.
    Scoop out insides and refrigerate until needed (they can be used later as hash browns). Add cheese or crumbled bacon bits to hollowed-out skin and rebake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with plenty of sour cream.
    Serves 4 people.
