Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. pecans
Preparation

Sift flour and add salt, nuts and cheese.
Add softened butter. Make in roll and place in refrigerator.
When chilled, slice into thin wafers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
