Creamy Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

In a small saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender, but not browned.
Stir in flour.
Drain mushrooms.
Stir in mushrooms, milk, salt and pepper.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more.
Stir in sour cream; heat through.
Serve with poultry, beef, pork or burgers.
