Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
    2 cans (14 oz.) kernel corn, drained
    1 can creamed corn
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/8 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    chopped onion (optional)
    chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and pour in 9 x 13 pan. Spray with Pam. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
