Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. buttery vegetable oil
    4 large eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend dry ingredients in bowl until well mixed.
    Combine oil, eggs, water and pumpkin; beat until well blended.
    Add dry ingredients slowly and beat well.
    Stir in nuts (walnuts or pecans).
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
