Red Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. new red potatoes, boiled until soft
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 c. fat-free Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes.
    Mix remaining ingredients and put in 11 x 13-inch casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
