Oven Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chips - 1/2-inch thick
    Prepared mustard
    Flour
    Salt
    Pepper
    Oil
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Spread pork chops on both sides with mustard.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper together in a pie pan.
    Dip pork chops in flour mixture and coat both sides.
    Brown in oil in skillet until brown on both sides.
    Place in a 9 x 13 dish and pour 1 can of soup and 1 can of water over chops.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Sauce is gravy.
