Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 carton sour cream
    2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Split potatoes in half.
    Carefully scoop out potato.
    Save shell.
    Mash the potatoes.
    Add sour cream, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and salt and pepper.
    Refill potato shells.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
