Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick real butter
2 tsp. cream, heated
1 lb. confectioners sugar
mint flavoring oil or extract to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in mixer.
Add more sugar to make firm. Roll between wax paper.
Cut with center of doughnut cutter. Decorate as desired.
May also be tinted with food coloring. Makes 125 to 150 mints.
