Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. half and half
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. raw apples (Golden Delicious)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat together sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla and half and half. Stir together remaining ingredients and add to the first mixture. Bake 1 1/4 hours or until done in a well-greased tube pan in a 325\u00b0 oven.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
Pour hot icing over cake.
