Chinese Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Dip chicken in flour and brown in hot oil.
    Drain and arrange in another skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly done.
    Thicken with a mixture of cornstarch and water.
    Serve over hot, cooked rice.
