Chicken Booyah - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. stewing hen, cut up
    1 1/2 lbs beef bone
    1 1/2 c. diced carrots
    1 1/2 c. diced onions
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tbsp. pepper
    3 qts. water
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 6 oz can tomatoes paste
    1 8 oz can whole tomatoes
    1 8 oz can peas
Preparation
    In a large pot combine chicken, beef bone, onions, carrots, celery, salt, pepper and water. Cover and cook for 2 hours. Remove beef bone and chicken meat from bones. Add cabbage and potatoes. Also add chicken meat; cook for 1 hour. Add tomato paste, whole tomatoes and peas. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
