Rocky Road Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and butter over low heat.
Cool. Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, salt, eggs and chocolate mixture.
Spread in an ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch square pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and remaining chocolate chips.
Bake until marshmallows are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into slices.
