Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. whipping cream (heavy)
    1 pt. half and half
    6 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar gradually, then add remaining ingredients.
    Should measure 10 cups.
    Put into freezer (electric) for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 1 gallon.
