Crispy Fish Fry Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. flour
    6 tsp. cornstarch
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg white, whipped
    2 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and add to egg white.
    Add ice water.
    Mix until large lumps disappear.
    Rinse and towel dry 2 to 3 frozen fish.
    Spoon on batter.
    Deep fry in at least 1-inch of oil at 350\u00b0.
    Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
