No Fail Sour Cream Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 oz. sq. baking chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix water, margarine and chocolate in a large heavy saucepan. Heat until chocolate is melted.
    Take from heat and add sugar, eggs and sour cream, mixing with a spoon.
    Sift in flour, soda and salt.
    Mix well with a spoon.
    Do not overbeat.
    Stir in vanilla. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan in 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
    Test to see if top springs back when touched with your finger.
    Do not overbake.
