Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    4 to 5 lb. roast
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 to 4 garlic cloves, diced
    1 jar pepperoncini salad peppers
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients except roast to boiling.
    Add roast and bake at 325\u00b0 until tender.
    Tear apart roast and place on Italian bread.
    Cover with shredded Mozzarella and some of the peppers.
    I like to cook it the day before in a crock-pot.
