Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain rice
    2 1/2 c. chicken or other stock (don't use water)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 Tbsp. finely diced onion
    1/2 Tbsp. finely diced green pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. finely diced celery
    1 pinch of red pepper, black pepper, white pepper and garlic powder
Preparation
    In a 5 1/2 x 3 x 2-inch bread loaf pan, mix all ingredients and cover with aluminum foil and cook in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
