Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups cooked rice
    2 cups cooked black-eyed peas
    1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
    1/2 cup each diced orange, yellow and red bell peppers
    2/3 cup minced scallion
    1/2 cup minced parsley leaves
Preparation
    In bowl combine all ingredients. Add dressing and toss to combine.
