Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. milk
unbaked pie shell
nutmeg

Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add flour.
Add egg; beat well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until set.
