Caramel Corn For Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. popcorn
    1 stick butter or oleo (1/4 lb.)
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Pop the popcorn in brown store bag in microwave oven.
    Put butter, corn syrup and brown sugar in saucepan.
    Bring to boil over medium heat (stirring).
    Boil 2 minutes.
    Add vanilla and baking soda.
    Mix thoroughly and pour over corn in paper bag. Shake well.
    Microwave 90 seconds and shake well again; 90 seconds again and shake well.
    Microwave again for 30 seconds twice and shake well both times.
    Pour into large bowl. Enjoy!
